Q: Do you offer preferred employer discounts?

A: We waive the application fee and offer reduced security deposits for our military, police, firefighters, and EMS. It’s our small way of saying thanks for all you do. We also offer discounts for several large employers in the area. Call us to find out if your company qualifies.

Q: Do you offer flexible lease terms?

A: Our standard lease is 12 months, but we do offer leases for as short as 4 month terms.

Q: Do you allow pets?

A: We are pet friendly! For your convenience, we have pet clean-up areas designated throughout the property. There is a non-refundable fee due upon move-in (or upon obtaining your pet): $250 for dogs, $100 for cats. Pet rent is $20 monthly per pet.

Q: Do you manage any other properties in the area?

Q: What utilities are included in the rent?

A: Your rent includes water, sewage, and trash. Residents are responsible for cable/internet and electricity.

Q: When can I take a tour?

A: We’d love to show you around our property. We do not have a leasing office on site, but are available by appointment for tours anytime between 9 am- 4:00pm. Call us in advance to schedule a time that works for you.

Q: I’m moving from out of state, and I’d like to get everything set up before I move. Is it possible to make arrangements before arriving to the area?

A: We frequently work with people relocating from all over the country. We try to make your move as easy and stress-free as possible, and can take care of the leasing process electronically.
